Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Honda Australia Pty Ltd ABN 66 004 759 611, Level 4/6 Gladstone St, Moonee Ponds VIC 3039 (Promoter).

2. The name of the Promotion is Honda Customer Feedback Survey Promotion (Promotion).


Eligibility

3. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:

a. be an Australian resident;
b.be aged 18 years or over;
c. submit a completed Honda Customer Feedback Survey Promotion Survey (Survey); and
d. comply with these terms and conditions
(Eligible Entrant).

4. Directors, Honda Centre Staff, management, officers and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

5. Promotion Period: From 12am (AED/ST) on 11 November 2024 to 11:59pm (AED/ST) on 18 November 2025.


Entries

6. To enter, you must do the following during the Promotion Period

a. receive an email or text message from the Promoter addressed to you containing an offer to complete the Survey and participate in the Promotion (Offer Communication); and
b. click on the link contained in the Offer Communication and complete and submit the Survey (Eligible Entry).

7. Your entry will be deemed to be received at the time the Survey is received by the Promoter.

8. Each Eligible Entrant may submit one Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Offer Communications received or Surveys completed and/or submitted. Any additional entries will be excluded.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if the Promoter becomes aware that you or your entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.


Incentive

10. Each respondent will receive one $10 AmpolCash eGift Cards. AmpolCash is subject to the AmpolCash Conditions of Use. AmpolCash Digital is accepted at participating

locations (cannot be used at Outdoor payment terminals). To locate a participating site, visit the Ampol site locator here and filter by ‘AmpolCash Digital Accepted’.

11. Incentives will be sent on 25 November 2025 at 12pm (AEDT).


General Conditions

12. You are required to take full responsibility for the entry content and for ensuring that the entry content complies with these terms and conditions. “Entry content” includes any content that you submit, upload, transmit, publish, communicate or use in connection with their entry into the Promotion.

13. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

14. Incomplete, indecipherable, incomprehensible or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, indecipherable or incorrectly submitted, misdirected or invalid entries, delays or failures in any equipment or telecommunications service used to administer this Promotion.

15. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, declare an entry invalid or disqualify you or anyone who tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering, submits an entry that is incomplete, inappropriate or not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or otherwise acts in a manner that is disruptive, dishonest or calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to require you to verify the validity of your entry within a time specified by the Promoter, including but not limited to your identity, eligibility, age, address and to disqualify you if you do not satisfy any entry criteria in these terms and conditions. If there is a dispute as to your identity, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine your identity. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

17. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify, subject to State or Territory regulation.

18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of administering this Promotion (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); or (v) any delay in delivery (when not directly caused by the Promoter or its supplier), or failure of safe delivery

19. All of the Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

20. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Australian Consumer Law (contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), as well as any other applicable implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

21. If this Promotion is interfered within any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

22. The Promoter may acquire your personal information directly or through its agents and contractors, for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, promoting its goods or services and/or marketing purposes.

23. Your personal information may be disclosed by the Promoter to its related companies, contractors, agents and to State and Territory lottery departments to assist in conducting the Promotion, storing data, communicating with you or as required by law. Some of these third parties may be located overseas.

24. If you do not provide the personal information the Promoter requests, the Promoter may not be able to provide entry into the Promotion. All personal information is handled in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Promoter’s Privacy Collection Notice (https://www.honda.com.au/privacy-collection) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.honda.com.au/privacy).

25. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how you can access or correct your personal information, or make a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles.

26. Opting into marketing communications from the Promoter as part of the Promotion also entitles the Promoter and any related companies that use the Promoter’s name (“we”/”us”) to let you know from time to time about news, offers, products and services you might be interested in (by any medium, including telephone, email, mail, SMS or online marketing). In order to carry out direct marketing, your personal information will be collected from and disclosed to others that provide us with specialised data matching, trending or analytical services, as well as general marketing services. We, and other people who provide us with services, may combine the personal information collected from entrants or others, with the information we, or other companies in the Promoter’s Group, or our service providers already hold about you. We may also use online targeted marketing, data and audience matching and market segmentation to improve advertising relevance. It is a condition of entry that you consent to receive the Promoters’ marketing communications, although you may opt out of, or unsubscribe from, receiving marketing communications at any time, under applicable legislation.
