^-The insurer of this Honda Premier Motor Insurance is Allianz Australia Insurance Limited ABN 15 000 122 850, AFS Licence Number 234708. In arranging this insurance Honda Australia Pty Ltd ABN 66 004 759 611 (Honda) and the authorised dealers act on behalf of Allianz and not as your agent. Neither Honda nor any of its related companies have any liability in respect of this policy.

We do not provide advice on this insurance based on any consideration of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Cover subject to policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions. Before making a decision about this insurance please consider the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). The PDS and Target Market Determination are available by calling us. Full Terms and Conditions for the Honda Premier Motor Insurance $250 eGift card promotion

1. The Promoter is Honda Australia Pty Ltd ("Honda Australia") ABN 66 004 759 611. Level 4, 6 Gladstone Street, Moonee Ponds, Victoria. Telephone 1800 804 954 (“Promoter”).
2. This eGift card (Offer) is valid for Eligible Customers who take out an Eligible Policy.
3. The Offer is for one (1) $250eGift card issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532, AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pty. Ltd (“Offer”).
4. An Eligible Customer is:
   a. An person who is aged 18 years or older; and
   b. Purchases a new Honda Premier Motor insurance policy for their new or demonstrator Honda with Allianz between 1st June 2025 and 31st August 2025 (Eligible Policy).
5. Fleet, government and rental buyers are not Eligible Customers.
6. Eligible Policy underwriting criteria must be met by customers to be eligible for the Offer.
7. The Eligible Policy must not lapse or be cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. Allianz must receive full payment of the annual policy premium or the first instalment of the premium if paying by the month.
8. The eGift card will be sent to the email address on your Eligible Policy.
9. The Offer of $250 eGift card will be issued, to an Eligible Customer in the second month of their Honda Premier Motor Insurance policy commencement date.
10. Where the Eligible Customer holds the insurance policy jointly, only one Offer of $250 eGift card will be issued per Eligible Policy.
    The Offer cannot be assigned of transferred.
11. The name and email address of the Eligible Customer will be supplied to EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pty. Ltd to enable sending of the Offer. If you do not wish to take up the Offer, please advise the Promotor by phone.
12. A redemption code for the Offer will be sent to the valid email address provided by the Eligible Customer within 6 weeks of the end of the Offer Period. The redemption code must be used to activate the Offer within sixty (60) days of the date it was issued. The eligible Customer is responsible for redeeming the Offer before the expiry date for activation.
13. Terms and Conditions of the applicable retailer will apply to the redeemed Offer. The Offer is not refundable or redeemable for cash and expired Offers cannot be extended or replaced. Plastic tokenised cards and Digital Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd.. Any unused balance of the Offer will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Offer is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Offer.
14. The policy holders are responsible for any taxation liability that arises in relation to their participation in the Offer.
15. Honda may, in its absolute discretion, withdraw, vary or extend the Offer at any time without prior notice.
16. Honda may reject, cancel or reverse an Offer if it has reasonable ground to believe that a person’s conduct or dealings with respect to an Eligible Policy or any other dealings with Honda may be fraudulent or otherwise illegal.
17. Fees and charges apply to insurance products taken out in connection with this Offer. Refer to Allianz for more details.
18. These terms and conditions are separate to the terms and conditions of any insurance products obtained in connection with this Offer.
19. These terms and conditions do not form part of the contract for any insurance products obtained in connection with this Offer.
20. To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of insurance products, the terms and conditions of the insurance products prevail.
