Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign
How to participate
- You must update your ownership details within 30 days of your pre-owned vehicle purchase date to be eligible for the Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign.
- Registration for the Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign is free of charge and once registered, you will receive email confirmation. These Terms of Participation for Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign shall apply.
- Participation is open to all purchasers of a pre-owned Honda vehicles originally retailed before 1 Jul 2021; purchased between 18 August 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- To participate in the Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign a change of ownership form (found here: https://www.honda.com.au/owners/change-of-ownership-basic-service-offer must be completed and a booking and basic service must take place within 6 months of the purchase date.
- Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign can be used by private and commercial customers.
- Customer participation in Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign is possible only at participating Authorised Honda Centres of Honda Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 004 759 611) (Honda) only for the customer’s registered vehicle(s). The list of participating Honda Centre’s may change from time to time so please check your Honda Centre’s status prior to scheduling your service. Limited to one redemption per customer.
What is included
- Participating Honda Centre’s will offer the following:
a. “Basic Service”- a complimentary Honda Genuine Engine oil and Engine oil filter change along with a safety inspection and check-up of the regular functions of the vehicle at no cost, the details of which can be found in Schedule 1 below.
b. Supplementary service section of the owner’s service and warranty book stamped.
c. 20% discount off RRP of Honda Genuine accessories and parts purchased and fitted at the time of the booked Basic Service. Subject to stock availability.
What is not included
- Additional maintenance parts and labour that may be required as prescribed in the Driving Conditions portion of the Owner’s Warranty and Service Manual.
- Additional intermediate servicing which may be undertaken by the vehicle owner.
- Honda’s Basic Services only cover what is specified in section seven (7) of this document and excludes the remaining items which are specified in the standard Scheduled Services listed in the owner’s service and warranty book.
- Additional maintenance / wear and tear items which may be required as part of the ongoing maintenance of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to tyres, brake pads, wiper blades and light globe replacements, wheel balance and wheel alignment, etc.
- Repair of any damage, failure or defect which occurs as a result of misuse or accident, or where this has contributed to the occurrence of any subsequent damage.
- Combining the offer outlined above with other discounts and/or services of Honda e.g. fixed prices, is generally not possible.
Right of Amendment and Termination
- Honda reserves the right to amend or terminate the Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign and these terms of participation at any time, including amending the offer, the list of eligible vehicles or any other term. Any amendments or termination will be notified by Honda to the customer via email, at least one month before their planned effective date.
Privacy
- Honda is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) and other relevant state laws in relation to the management of personal information. By registering for Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign and agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information is being collected by Honda for the primary purpose of providing you with the Pre-Owned Basic Service Campaign and performing its obligations under these terms. Without this personal information, Honda would not be able to do so. For processing your maintenance, the necessary data, including your contact details, will be transmitted to the participating Honda Centre that you have selected. Honda will otherwise collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (located at https://www.honda.com.au/privacy) which contains information about how you can access the personal information that Honda hold about you, how you can seek to correct it and how to complain about a suspected breach of your privacy or about how we have handled your personal information. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
