The 2018 Honda National Dream Awards have been announced celebrating 12 months of continued effort and excellence across the Honda network.
The Honda National Dream Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement in the Honda Dealer network. This year the winners were recognised in front of peers and colleagues from across the Honda Dealer network at the Dream Awards gala event in Brisbane.
Von Bribra Gold Coast Honda took out top honours winning Premier Dealership. This award recognises dealerships that consistently exceed performance benchmarks for both the Honda Way and Honda Performance. The Honda Way recognises excellence in customer satisfaction and Honda performance recognises excellence in sales.
A new award was introduced this year for the first time called The Soichiro Honda Award. This award represents the embodiment of the Honda philosophy which is the foundation of the company’s fundamental beliefs. The philosophy forms the basis for all company activities and sets the standard for the conduct and decision-making of all associates throughout Honda globally.
Ashleigh Thurlow from Capital Honda, ACT was the winner of The Soichiro Honda award thanks to her constant team and customer focus and leadership spirit and commitment to the Honda philosophy.
Other awards handed out on the night were for Exceptional Sales Teams, Service Excellence Awards and Outstanding Sales People awards.
