TRADE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is Honda Australia Pty Ltd ABN 66 004 759 611, Level 4/6 Gladstone St, Moonee Ponds VIC 3039 (Promoter).
2. The name of the Promotion is Service to Win a $30,000 Travel Voucher (Promotion).
Eligibility
3. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must:
a. be an Australian resident;
b. hold a current Australian full or probationary driving licence;
c. be aged 18 years or over;
d. own a Honda car;
e. comply with these terms and conditions,
(Eligible Entrant).
4. Directors, management, officers and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
5. Promotion Period: From 12am (AEDT) on 3rd November 2025 to 11:59pm March 31st 2026 (AEDT).
Entries
6. To enter, you must do the following during the Promotion Period:
a. complete a standard scheduled service or a supplementary service for your Honda car with an Authorised Honda Centre (Qualifying Service); and
b. complete and submit the Promotion entry form available via the QR code at the Authorised Honda Centre, the Promotion link in the Promoter’s email or text message to you after completing a Qualifying Service, or the Promotion link on the Promoter’s website.
7. Your entry will be deemed to be received at the time the completed entry form is received by the Promoter. Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will only be included in the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
8. You may enter multiple times during the Promotion Period, provided each entry is for a Qualifying Service for a different Honda car.
9. Eligible Entrants will receive the number of entries in accordance with the following table:

*Services that are standard scheduled services are described in the Owner’s Manual. The relevant standard scheduled service interval is stated on the Honda Centre invoice for the Qualifying Service.
**Sometimes severe driving conditions may necessitate supplementary servicing. Such conditions are described at the driving conditions section in the Owner’s Manual. Your Authorised Honda Service Centre will also advise you of the appropriate service requirements for your Honda vehicle based on your driving conditions, distance travelled and the age of your vehicle.
Draw
10. There will be a total of up to 26 winners (Winners) and the Promoter will conduct a separate draw for each Prize.
11. For the Major Prize, the draw will be conducted as follows:

13. The draws will take place at 11am (AEDT) on each draw date at TPAL, currently located at Level 28, 2 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. The Promoter will draw additional entries in the order they were drawn, to be considered as reserve winners in case a Winner is later deemed to not be an Eligible Entrant or does not claim the Prize within the Claim Period.
14. The Promoter will notify a Winner they have won a Prize in writing within 1 business day of the draw date (Notification). Each Winner must claim their Prize within 14 days of the Notification by responding to the Promoter’s Notification and providing all information requested by the Promoter (Claim Period).
15. If a Winner does not claim a Prize during the Claim Period, a redraw will be conducted at 11am (AEDT) on the relevant Redraw Date set out in clauses 11 and 12 at TPAL, Level 28, 2 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (and the replacement winner will also be known as a Winner). The replacement Winner will be notified in writing via email by the next business day after the date of the redraw and must claim their Prize within 14 days by responding to the Promoter’s notification and providing all information requested by the Promoter. If any Prize remains unclaimed after that, the relevant Prize will be forfeited and not awarded to any entrant, subject to any relevant laws or directions from any regulatory authority.
16. The Promoter will publish the Winners’ last name, first initial and postcode at www.honda.com.au/owners/servicing within 30 days of the date of the relevant draw.
Prizes
17. The prizes are set out in the following table (Prizes):

The Minor Prize is a $1,000 e-gift card issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532 and is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions of use which can be found at Terms and Conditions.
19. The Winner of the Major Prize will win the opportunity to book a holiday valued at AUD$30,000 as follows:
(a) The Winner will need to contact the Promoter’s nominated travel agency to redeem the Prize for a holiday. The nominated travel agency will be set out in the Notification.
(b) The Winner can redeem the Major Prize for any number of holidays and for any number of travelling companions.
(c) The Winner must complete their booking(s) through the Promoter’s nominated travel agency by 31 December 2026, with all travel to be completed by 31 March 2027.
(d) If the Major Prize is not redeemed, or is only partially redeemed, by 31 December 2026, the Winner will forfeit the remaining balance of the Major Prize.
(e) If the holiday(s) booked by the Winner exceeds AUD$30,000, they will be required to pay any outstanding balance. The Major Prize also excludes any costs incurred during the travel or in connection with the travel that cannot be booked and paid for through the nominated travel agency, such as passport costs and personal spending.
(f) The Winner agrees to sign any contract or other documents necessary to receive the Major Prize.
(g) The Winner of the Major Prize and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and visa documents required to travel and complying with any country entry requirements.
(h) The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the travel or holiday, such as flight cancellations or delays or accommodation cancellations.
(i) The Winner accepts the Major Prize subject to these terms and conditions in addition to any other terms and conditions imposed by those involved in providing the goods or services related to the Prize. Such third party terms are between the Winner and the third party and outside the control and involvement of the Promoter.
20. A Winner can win multiple Prizes.
General Conditions
21. You are required to take full responsibility for the entry content and for ensuring that the entry content complies with these terms and conditions. “Entry content” includes any content that you submit, upload, transmit, publish, communicate or use in connection with their entry into the Promotion.
22. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
23. Incomplete, indecipherable, incomprehensible or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, indecipherable or incorrectly submitted, misdirected or invalid entries, delays or failures in any equipment or telecommunications service used to administer this Promotion.
24. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, declare an entry invalid or disqualify you or anyone who tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering, submits an entry that is incomplete, inappropriate or not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or otherwise acts in a manner that is disruptive, dishonest or calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to require you to verify the validity of your entry within a time specified by the Promoter, including but not limited to your identity, eligibility, age, address and to disqualify you if you do not satisfy any entry criteria in these terms and conditions. If there is a dispute as to your identity, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine your identity. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
26. The Prize or any element of the Prize must be taken in whole and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize values are in Australian dollars.
27. Any additional costs applicable to the collection and use of the Prize that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions will be your sole responsibility.
28. Information on how to enter, prizes, and other details contained within promotional material form part of these terms and conditions. These terms shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with any promotional material.
29. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
30. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise; (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of administering this Promotion (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); or (v) any delay in delivery (when not directly caused by the Promoter or its supplier), or failure of safe delivery of a Prize.
31. All of the Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
32. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Australian Consumer Law (contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), as well as any other applicable implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
33. The Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel exclude all liability, except for any liability that cannot be excluded including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by the Prize Winner or Companion in connection with the Promotion, or the Prize, including without limitation: (i) any indirect, special, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a related entity or agent of the Promoter; and (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
34. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any tax consequences related to the collection or use of the Prize. It is your responsibility to seek independent financial advice in relation to the Prize.
35. If this Promotion is interfered within any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including circumstances where no Eligible Entrants are received for a draw), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
36. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc. and Entrants expressly release Facebook, Inc. for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion.
37. The Promoter may acquire your personal information directly or through its agents and contractors, for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, promoting its goods or services and/or marketing purposes.
38. As a condition of entry, you consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image, voice and/or entry in promotional and advertising activity at any time and on any medium, without compensation. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to these uses and disclosures of your personal information. If you are the Winner you must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) related to winning the Prize, free of charge.
39. Your personal information may be disclosed by the Promoter to its related companies, contractors, agents and to State and Territory lottery departments to assist in conducting the Promotion, storing data, communicating with you or as required by law. Some of these third parties may be located overseas.
40. If you do not provide the personal information the Promoter requests, the Promoter may not be able to provide entry into the Promotion. All personal information is handled in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Promoter’s Privacy Collection Notice (https://www.honda.com.au/privacy-collection) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.honda.com.au/privacy).
41. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how you can access or correct your personal information, or make a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles.
42. Entry into the Promotion also entitles the Promoter and any related companies that use the Promoter’s name (“we”/”us”) to let you know from time to time about news, offers, products and services you might be interested in (by any medium, including telephone, email, mail, SMS or online marketing). In order to carry out direct marketing, your personal information will be collected from and disclosed to others that provide us with specialised data matching, trending or analytical services, as well as general marketing services. We, and other people who provide us with services, may combine the personal information collected from entrants or others, with the information we, or other companies in the Promoter’s Group, or our service
providers already hold about you. We may also use online targeted marketing, data and audience matching and market segmentation to improve advertising relevance. It is a condition of entry that you consent to receive the Promoters’ marketing communications, although you may opt out of, or unsubscribe from, receiving marketing communications at any time, under applicable legislation.
