Frequently Asked Questions

Honda Super-ONE supports a maximum charging rate of 50kW. When using a 50kW DC fast charger, Honda Super-ONE can be charged from 15% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes(6). 

Using the included 10-amp portable charger with a standard 2.3kW household power outlet, a full charge can take up to 13 hours, making it ideal for overnight charging.

Honda Super-ONE comes with a compatible 10-amp portable charger that connects to a standard household power socket, so you can easily charge at home. 

Charging your Honda Super-ONE is simple. You can charge at home using the supplied 10-amp portable charger plugged into a standard household power outlet, with a dedicated home charger, or at a compatible public charging station. 

To charge your vehicle: 

1. Make sure you have the key with you. Press the charging port cover in the front grille to open it. 

2. Plug the charging connector securely into the vehicle’s charging port to begin charging. Once charging commences, a blue indicator light in the charging port will illuminate.

3. When you're ready to disconnect, ensure you have the key with you before pressing the release button located at the bottom right of the charging port and removing the connector.  

The service schedule for Honda Super-ONE is 12 months or 15,000kms (whichever occurs first). 

A typical service involves inspection of (and if necessary, the adjustment, cleaning or replacement of): 

- All vehicle electronic operating systems in accordance with Honda’s diagnostic procedures 

- Check for, and complete all relevant Honda outstanding product updates 

- 12-volt battery condition 

- Brake hoses & lines (including VSA) 

- Driveshaft boots 

- Front & rear brakes 

- Headlight alignment  

- Headlights, tail lights, indicators, reversing lights & brake light operation 

- Horn & wiper operations & wiper condition 

- Level & condition of all fluids & lubricants 

- Suspension components 

- Tie rods, steering gearbox & boots 

- Tyre condition, rotate tyres & check TRK expiry date (where fitted) 

- Cabin dust & pollen filter 

- EV battery pack (including guard and cover) 

- Test drive (noise, stability, dashboard operation) 

Honda Super-ONE is covered by an 8 Year/160,000km Battery Warranty(7), 5 Year Unlimited KM Warranty(†), 5 Years Premium Roadside Assist and 5 Low-Price Services capped at $199(~).  

Through the Honda Extend program, customers can extend their Honda Unlimited KM Warranty and Premium Roadside Assist by up to 3 years, allowing customers to reach a maximum 8 years if the program criteria is met. 

With With a range of up to 202km WLTP (253km NEDC)(5), Honda Super-ONE is well suited to the stop-start nature of city driving. Actual driving range will vary depending on factors such as the selected drive mode, driving conditions and cabin settings.

Like all electric vehicles, Honda Super-ONE's driving range can vary depending on how and where you drive. Stop-start city driving is often more efficient, as the vehicle can recover energy through regenerative braking when slowing down. Higher-speed freeway driving, performance-focused drive modes (BOOST and Sport), and features such as cabin heating/cooling, heated seats and the heated steering wheel may increase energy consumption and reduce driving range.

CITY: One-pedal driving makes stop-start traffic effortless.  

NORMAL: The perfect balance of performance, comfort and efficiency.  

SPORT: Sharper acceleration and simulated gear shifts for a more engaging drive.  

BOOST: Maximum power on demand, with simulated gear shifts for an exhilarating burst of performance.

At 3.6 metres long, 1.6m high and 1.6 metres wide, Honda Super‑ONE draws on the Japanese Kei car philosophy, combining a small footprint with clever packaging, to deliver a vehicle that’s easy to manoeuvre in the city while offering surprising interior space.  

Yes. With Google Built-In(2), your Honda Super-ONE becomes a digital personal assistant. Use your Google account to stay connected safely and entirely hands-free, with voice-controlled navigation, calls, music, messages, calendar and cabin settings. Google Maps can also show nearby public EV charging points along your route, helping you stay confident and in control of your range. You can even manage compatible smart home devices from the driver’s seat. Just say “Hey Google” to get started.
