Three Drive Modes

Unlock the potential of three drive modes for your smoothest ride yet. EV drive mode uses energy stored in the battery to deliver instantaneous acceleration at start-up. With hybrid drive, the petrol engine generates electricity for the electric motors to power your Honda together. When you need to maintain higher speeds, the petrol engine takes over while also recharging the battery.

Regenerative Braking

The regenerative braking feature captures energy during deceleration, converting energy normally wasted when braking into electricity that’s’ stored in the battery for whenever the intelligent hybrid system needs it.

How Hybrid Works

Your Honda hybrid relies solely on the electric motors when driving off and light cruising, efficiently handling stop-start traffic without consuming fuel. In hybrid mode, the engine and motor work together, with extra power for acceleration. At high speeds, the engine takes over to maintain momentum while charging the battery, offering greater efficiency than using electric power alone.
