If I receive a security alarm push notification, how do I locate my car and get emergency support?

  1. When the alarm is triggered, you will receive a push notification to your smartphone via the Honda Connect app. D57

  3. After you tap the push notification, the page will go to the ‘Car Status Message’.

  5. Tap on alert message to see the message detail

  7. If you want to check your car’s location, tap the ‘Find My Car’ button.
  8. You can also tap the ‘Emergency Call’ button and this will direct you to emergency call options of 000, Honda Roadside Assist, Honda Connect Customer Care or your insurance company (if you have added the contact details of your insurance company to the Honda Connect app).
