Honda understands how important it is to you as a customer, that service costs are clear when you are booking your service. The Honda Tailored Service Program provides a Service Price guide to give you an indication of the service costs you may incur within the first 5 years or 100,000kms driven, whichever occurs first.
The Honda Tailored Service Program Price Guide gives you the certainty of knowing how much you can expect to pay for a particular scheduled service each time you book that service, no matter which Honda dealer you visit, for each scheduled service up to a period of 5 years or 100,000km, whichever is earlier. By checking the price of the service on our website at the time you book your eligible service you can be assured that you will pay no more than that advertised price for that service.
Additional maintenance items are required on pure wear and tear and replaced as needed (e.g. wiper blades, light bulbs, brake pads, fuses). When you book your scheduled service, the price given will only include the Base and Adaptive items as Maintenance items cannot be determined at that time. Maintenance items will be identified as required during your scheduled service but your dealer will call you to provide you with a binding quote and requires your authorisation before proceeding with the work.
Is the Honda Tailored Service Program price available on all Honda Models?
The Honda Tailored Service Program Price is available on all “new introduction” and “full model change” vehicles from 21st July 2015 onwards with the exception of Accord Euro. To check whether or not your vehicle is eligible, by clicking here.
What items are covered under the Honda Tailored Service Program?
The Honda Tailored Service Program covers “Base” service schedule items plus additional service ”Adaptive” Items which fall due for replacement either by age of the car or by distance travelled depending on your driving needs. These are listed in the maintenance schedule in your vehicle's Owners Warranty and Service Manual. The “Base” and “Adaptive” service items are quoted separately and added together to arrive at the total service cost.

Am I eligible for Capped Price Servicing?
If you purchased your vehicle from 2014 but before 21 July 2015, you may be eligible for the capped price service program. Check with your local dealer to confirm eligibility.
What items are NOT covered under the Honda Tailored Service Program?
Additional maintenance parts and labour that may be required as prescribed in the Driving Conditions portion of the Owner’s Warranty and Service Manual.
Additional intermediate servicing which may be undertaken by the vehicle owner.
Additional maintenance / wear and tear items which may be required as part of the ongoing maintenance of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to tyres, brake pads, wiper blades and light globe replacements, wheel balance and wheel alignment, etc.
Repair of any damage, failure or defect which occurs as a result of misuse or accident, or where this has contributed to the occurrence of any subsequent damage.
What are adaptive items?
Adaptive Items (Additional Service Items) are items which fall due for replacement based on the prescribed age of your vehicle and/or the kilometres travelled as indicated on the odometer and must be added to the cost of the “Base” maintenance schedule. Examples include: cabin pollen filters, engine air filters and brake fluid replacement.

What happens if I am away traveling and the vehicle requires a service?
The Honda Tailored Service Program is available at all authorised Honda Dealers throughout Australia, so if you are on the road you can rest assured there is a Honda dealer not too far away!
Is the Honda Tailored Service Program price transferable to a subsequent owner of the vehicle?
Yes. The Honda Tailored Service Program is available to any owners or subsequent owners of eligible Honda vehicles for up to 5 years or 100,000kms driven by the vehicle, whichever occurs first from the first retail registration date.
Are the prices quoted on website the same for every eligible model?

What happens if I miss a service?
Your Honda Dealer, after reviewing your service history and inspecting your vehicle would be in the best position to advise you of the most appropriate maintenance required to have your vehicle operating satisfactorily
What do I do if I travel high kilometres?
That is why Honda recommends additional “Adaptive” servicing which ensures the correct level of maintenance is performed to keep your Honda in optimum condition. High kilometre cars will be serviced more frequently and as such may require additional attention. During the service and inspection, your Honda dealer may find additional items that require attention. If this is the case, your dealer will contact you, provide a quote for the items and seek your approval before proceeding.
What if I travel very few kilometres?
Honda “Adaptive” servicing ensures the correct level of maintenance is performed to ensure your Honda is kept in optimum condition. If you travel low kilometres, your vehicle will be serviced and inspected based on time in accordance with the Honda service schedules set out in your Owners Warranty and Service Manual. During the service and inspection, your Honda dealer may find additional items that require attention. If this is the case, your dealer will contact you, provide a quote for the items and seek your approval before proceeding.
Will the Honda Tailored Service pricing change?
Honda will periodically review the Honda Tailored Service Program’s Service Price Guide and may amend pricing from time to time in line with our costs and CPI. Honda Australia reserves the right to make alterations or discontinue this program at any time on the provision of reasonable notice to affected customers.
