*We will replace your vehicle with a new vehicle of the same make, model, engine size, features and paint type including any modifications, options and accessories, so long as it is available in Australia, provided: your vehicle is a total loss; you purchased it new (or as a demonstrator model) from the manufacturer or their dealer; where your vehicle is financed, your financier has given us written consent; and your vehicle is less than three years old from when it was first registered at the time it is declared a total loss.
** If we are unable to repair the part, new genuine manufacturer parts will be used where locally available or genuine reconditioned or recycled manufacturer parts where a new part is not available. Where a genuine new or used part is not locally available we may use parts that meet Australian Design Rules.
