Honda Australia Supports Mount Druitt Police in Sydney’s West, With a Honda ZR-V For Their Community Initiative Program.
Honda Australia is proud to be supporting Mt Druitt Police with a Honda ZR-V for their community engagement programs, which aims to raise road safety awareness amongst the Aboriginal youth.
The Honda ZR-V is a striking, sophisticated, and sporty medium SUV and is a brand-new nameplate Honda Australia. It will be utilised to help establish a strong and lasting connection with the Aboriginal community in the Mount Druitt area.
The Honda ZR-V is equipped with up-to-date safety features including Honda SENSING D30 as well as technological advancements like Honda Connect D52, wireless charger D75 and Bose premium speaker sound systemD41.

Honda Australia Director Ms Carolyn McMahon said, “This initiative is one that Honda Australia is proud to be supporting. Mt Druitt Police will continue to empower a younger generation about the importance of road safety, which aligns strongly with Honda’s brand vision of achieving zero fatalities in traffic accidents worldwide by 2050.”
Inspector, Samuel Nelson stated how “This event doubled as the backdrop to unveil the newly acquired Mt Druitt PAC community engagement vehicle Honda ZR-V sponsored by Honda Australia.”
“The vehicle wrapped in Aboriginal livery will be used to promote Aboriginal, Pacifica and Youth related crime prevention strategies.”
It was an important day for Aboriginal People, as the 13th of February marks apology day. Whereby a traditional smoking ceremony was conducted by a local aboriginal elder, 101-year-old Uncle Wes.
