MELBOURNE, September 2, 2019 – Honda Australia has introduced two new interior trim colourways on high-series grades of its versatile HR-V, offering a wider range of options than ever before on the world’s most popular Small SUV^.
The stylish Crimson and Classic White interior colourways are available as an option on HR-V RS and VTi-LX grades as part of a limited production run, following on from the success of the Sandstone interior trim featured on Civic hatch and sedan late last year.
“Not only is the HR-V equipped with sleek styling, a flexible cabin and plenty of interior space, but these new interior colour options take Honda’s compact SUV to the next level,” said Honda Australia General Manager – Product, Customer and Communications, Mr. Robert Thorp.
“Style plays an important part in the purchase decision for Small SUV buyers, so these special interior colourways will further enhance the stylish appeal of HR-V amongst customers.”
The new colour trim option is offered in Crimson on the HR-V RS, blending seamlessly with its sporty design elements, while the Classic White interior on the VTi-LX injects a fresh sophistication befitting its top-of-the-range status.
The HR-V RS with Crimson interior is available on Platinum White (P), Lunar Silver (M), Modern Steel (M) and Crystal Black (M) exterior paint colours, while the VTi-LX grade with Classic White interior is available on Platinum White, Modern Steel, Crystal Black and Passion Red (P) paint colours.
The new interior colourways on HR-V RS and VTi-LX are available for an option price of just $300.
“HR-V has been one of Honda Australia’s standout sales performers since its launch in 2015 and it’s consistently amongst the top three most-popular models with private customers in the fast-growing Small SUV segment – in fact it achieved the #1 ranking in private sales in June,” said Mr. Thorp.
“So we want to ensure we continue to give our customers what they want and these fresh interior colour options will provide greater choice and flexibility for customers to design a stylish package that meets their needs.”
HR-V RS and VTi-LX models with Crimson and Classic White coloured interiors will start arriving in dealerships from the beginning of September.
