About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, this is a hands-on role responsible supporting the CR Case Specialists managing with low to medium grade customer concerns through to satisfactory resolution for all parties involved (Honda Australia/dealers/customers).  


  

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing low to medium customer cases through to completion.
  • Adjudicate in relation to both sales and service surveys that are processed daily. This will involve contacting some customers to interview them about their dealership experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Relations Department & Call Centre as directed from time to time by department management
  • Manage social media enquires mainly for the recall posts and any other special social media programs

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience and thorough understanding of automotive dealership Service department operations and/or with automotive manufacturers and able to effectively communicate across the business.
  • Have a sound mechanical knowledge of motor vehicles
  • An ability to problem solve and ensure all efforts are made to find a satisfactory resolution for issues raised by customers and dealers
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively both individually and team environment
  • Professional phone manner and written skills (both letter/email and social media)
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
  • Qualifications in Automotive or Customer Service would be desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Brand Communications Manager, the Social and Content Specialist will:
  • Build and manage Honda communities across current (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter) and future (e.g. Weibo, Youku, Messenger) social media platforms including building social media capability and workflows across Customer Relations, PR and other relevant teams where appropriate
  • Manage delivery of consistent brand message across all social platforms including enabling greater participation from AUH employees where possible
  • Identify, create and target new audiences through paid social activities to increase acquisition potential
  • Identify opportunities to maximise the value of current and new social media platforms and platform enhancements that deliver customer and business value
  • Integrate social media into digital marketing campaigns to engage/re-target potential leads
  • Develop and operationalise performance reporting to enable performance optimisation and demonstrate value to stakeholders
  • Develop and manage organic content calendars to build audience engagement
  • Manage relationships within Brand Communications team and outside of team including Digital, Product, Sales Planning, PR, Customer Relations
  • Manage external relationships with key supplier contacts including media, creative, PR and content agencies
  • Develop guidelines for AUH employees to participate in the online conversation

 

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a client or agency social media role
  • Hands on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Adobe marketing cloud, Salesforce.com, Salesforce Social Studio, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation including writing for different audiences and applying consistent brand principles
  • An ability to interpret data, provide clear audience insights to optimise social media performance
  • Demonstrated experience in development of social media led campaigns
  • An enthusiastic, vibrant, creative and driven approach to achieving high quality outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related communications studies will be highly regarded
  • Automotive experience preferred

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager, the purpose of this role is to lead digital design for Honda, collaborating directly with our agency partners. Working with the Adobe platform, and Honda content publishers, the key objective is to maximise content opportunities using Honda’s digital asset bank to support a superior digital customer experience.
The role is focused on capturing and articulating Honda design requirements in line with our existing GEL, making digital design customer focused, following existing integration patterns for all Honda services and interfaces, and controlling source code versions. In addition to development, you will be required to deliver second tier support to our digital design agency working across content platforms on Adobe Experience Cloud. 


  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall design practice for Honda Digital Properties, Mobile Web, In-Store Digital, and Honda Owner App properties.
  • Create and assess a roadmap of projects and assign design resources
  • Ensure a cohesive development process by working cross-functionally with:
    • Honda's Digital Product Management
    • Honda ISD
    • UX and Visual design functions
  • Work directly with Brand Communications and PR teams, in addition to our agency partners to maximise content opportunities to support personalisation initiatives.
  • Support asset production for key Honda business units where required.

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in digital design, or equivalent experience and evidence of ability (digital portfolio required for interview).
  • 7+ years of relevant Digital Design Experience, with at least 2 years in a people / agency management role
  • High-level aptitude in UX/Interaction design along with experience in the following disciplines: digital marketing, research, visual/UI design, or front-end development.
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders for ongoing communication throughout design and development process
  • Willingness and ability to work hands-on during high-touch design projects, in parallel to agency management responsibilities
  • Ability to balance good design with a quick pace

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager, the purpose of this role is to evolve and enhance Honda’s digital platform capability, to underpin the delivery of a superior digital customer experience and to support the pursuit of marketing performance.
The product owner leads a multidisciplinary agency team through lean, agile-based incubation and commercialisation process for Honda, with a focus on the Adobe suite. 


  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, technical approach and launch of digital products working with Adobe experience manager and a host of API integrations.
  • Own a distinct customer product area end-to-end with our agency partners.
  • Build consensus from multiple departments of business ( aftersales / sales planning / dealer development )
  • Drive product development with agency platform engineers and agency designers
  • Integrate analytics, data science and research into your methodology in line with the customer experience plan.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions
  • Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
  • Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
  • Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
  • Develop materials to communicate progress to partners and clients

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5-7+ years product management in a consumer software company with experience launching multiple digital products
  • Experience in bridging online and offline domains for full customer journey impact
  • Experience in piloting and prototyping before investing
  • Experience in building digital products from the ground up experiencing both successes and failures
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
  • Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Computer Science qualification or equivalent experience

About the Role

An exciting Melbourne-based opportunity is currently available with Honda Australia, for a strategic minded and driven Senior Sales Planner to develop tactical and long term parts sales & pricing strategies. 


  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & deliver parts sales and pricing strategies to drive continued business growth
  • Identify opportunities to achieve sales growth through analysis and data interpretation; develop meaningful insights and turn them into actionable opportunities
  • Maintain and update weekly reports and execute detailed analysis to drive and improve sales
  • Partner with large Honda parts dealers to communicate reports, develop meaningful analysis and findings, then report to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Work in partnership with the wider Aftersales team in the development and execution of strategies
  • Manage development, proposal and presentation of dealer incentives
  • Manage all aspects of co-ordination & growth of supporting Honda Programs (eg. Honda Genuine Oil and Honda Tyre Centre)
  • Lead development and proposals for major strategic projects
  • Co-ordinate internal budget setting and targets
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by the business
  • Lead development of presentations for
    • Monthly Board Reviews
    • Quarterly reviews (both internally and with Asia & Oceania (A&O) regional office)
    • Champion data governance and role matrix review for the recent SAP implementation / roll out
    • Bi-annual A&O Parts & Service Managers meetings
    • Strategic proposals to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) & Board

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • A passion for working as part of a team as well as drive, ambition, and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in sales planning, budgeting, & incentive co-ordination.
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills.
  • Strong market analysis and ability to map out future trends.
  • Understanding of basic budgeting and forecast process.
  • Ability to interpret data meaningfully, identify trends and develop action plans/countermeasures.
  • Commercially minded and great at seeing the bigger picture to provide relevant insights/recommendations.
  • Strong Communication skills; can interpret and report sales data to various internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for root cause analysis problem solving.
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel (can use macros and formulas for analysis and insights.
  • Exposure to and knowledge of product life cycle management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to use ERP/analytical tools like SAP and Cognos.
  • Understanding of Australian Automotive market is preferable.
  • Solid knowledge of sales metrics and proven sales analysis experience within the wholesale and retail apparel industry is advantageous.
