Field Technician – Team Leader

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to plan, prepare and maintain the work schedules of Field Service Technicians operating remotely and achieve Honda’s recall completion KPIs.  


  

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up on-site service/repair vehicles including sourcing of required tools and equipment
  • Daily management and control of the Field Technician’s bookings/work loading
  • Ensuring available capacity of the Field Technicians is maximised in relation to on-site airbag inflator replacements and door-to-door visits
  • To ensure booked vehicles are repaired in accordance with the ACCC requirements
  • monitor and follow up work progress for each Technician to ensure repairs performed within allocated appointment time
  • Prepare Field Technician’s operating budget and maintain operating cost within the approved budget
  • To control required recall parts stock levels for the Field Technicians mobile service vehicles according to customer booking schedules
  • Prepare activity and operational reports of the Field Technicians to track the flow of repairs
  • Ensure Field Technician’s key objectives and targets are tracked
  • Daily management of direct reports, including recruiting, training, mentoring and adherence to Honda OH&S Policies
  • Process warranty claims for Field Technician’s recall work

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Motor Trades Certificate (Mechanical)
  • With a minimum of 5-6 years of workshop management experience and sound knowledge of service operations
  • An ability to organise yourself and remote Field Technicians to ensure efficient operation and that work flow meets customer requirements
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S processes
  • Experience in Microsoft programs
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong leadership ability
  • An ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience with SAP an advantage but not essential

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, the purpose of this role is to manage digital media relationship with Honda Australia’s media buying agency to drive efficient and effective use of spend in order to achieve business goals.  


  

Key Responsibilities

 

Digital media strategy

  • In partnership with the media agency, ensure the development of the digital media strategy is aligned to AUH business goals
  • Digital campaign reporting and analysis
  • Work with the media agency to measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns across paid social, SEM, programmatic and display, and assess against business goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Work with the media agency to identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Develop measures and reporting for digital and non-digital savvy stakeholders
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Stakeholder management

  • Work with the Brand Communications team to optimise digital channel performance, including Brand Communications Manager, Campaign Managers, Social Media Manager
  • Ensure key AUH stakeholders are aware of and understand the value contribution that the digital media buy creates.

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Communications or related communications studies will be highly regarded
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. Google Display Network)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Business Services, this role responsible for overseeing and leading the Finance function (accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury and tax) as well as providing commercial advice to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.  


  

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting, Analysis and Reporting

  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions of the company and related financial analysis/reporting (eg. Month end reporting of Budget vs Actual)
  • Drive the strategic planning of the wider group in line with the company’s objectives
  • Provide commercial advice to the SLT and Board on appropriate resource allocation funding and accounting methodology to support business strategies

Budgets, Analysis and Reporting

  • Lead the delivery of company budgets and related analysis to meet reporting requirements and support the strategic direction of the company

Financial Reporting - Lodgement

  • Coordinate and ensure timely preparation, presentation and lodgement of all financial reporting requirements

Tax

  • Ensure compliance with corporate tax obligations (Income Tax, FBT, GST) and compliance with transfer pricing agreement (international)

Strategic Management Support

  • Identify appropriate team resources to assist in company strategic development and ad hoc initiatives by providing financial analysis to the Company of key business decisions.

Compliance

  • Honda Corporate Governance (HCG) compliance in line with HM requirements - Preparation and attendance at corporate governance meetings, preparation of minutes, co-ordinating HCG requirements to ensure submissions within due dates

Internal Control Structure & Integrity of Financial

  • Review, develop and strengthen the internal control structures pertaining the finance system to ensure the integrity of financial information, efficiency and to minimal financial risk

Audit

  • Coordinate and oversee the statutory financial statements audit of Honda Australia Pty Ltd within Regulatory timeframes and deadlines

Associate Development

  • Recruit, develop and implement training plans and provide coaching and mentoring for associates. Assist associate development, growth and succession within the company.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • CA/CPA Qualified
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate accounting/ chartered accounting practice environment
  • Proven track record of leadership and managing teams and developing people
  • Proven track record of strong stakeholder management and cross-functional co-operation between departments
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning
  • Strong business and commercial acumen including core issue identification, analytical skill, problem solving and financial literacy
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager, the purpose of this role is to lead digital design for Honda, collaborating directly with our agency partners. Working with the Adobe platform, and Honda content publishers, the key objective is to maximise content opportunities using Honda’s digital asset bank to support a superior digital customer experience.
The role is focused on capturing and articulating Honda design requirements in line with our existing GEL, making digital design customer focused, following existing integration patterns for all Honda services and interfaces, and controlling source code versions. In addition to development, you will be required to deliver second tier support to our digital design agency working across content platforms on Adobe Experience Cloud. 


  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall design practice for Honda Digital Properties, Mobile Web, In-Store Digital, and Honda Owner App properties.
  • Create and assess a roadmap of projects and assign design resources
  • Ensure a cohesive development process by working cross-functionally with:
    • Honda's Digital Product Management
    • Honda ISD
    • UX and Visual design functions
  • Work directly with Brand Communications and PR teams, in addition to our agency partners to maximise content opportunities to support personalisation initiatives.
  • Support asset production for key Honda business units where required.

 

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in digital design, or equivalent experience and evidence of ability (digital portfolio required for interview).
  • 7+ years of relevant Digital Design Experience, with at least 2 years in a people / agency management role
  • High-level aptitude in UX/Interaction design along with experience in the following disciplines: digital marketing, research, visual/UI design, or front-end development.
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders for ongoing communication throughout design and development process
  • Willingness and ability to work hands-on during high-touch design projects, in parallel to agency management responsibilities
  • Ability to balance good design with a quick pace
