Honda's commitment to increased safety spans 17 countries and is represented in five Australian states.
HART runs an extensive range of courses from pre-learner training to 4WD and everything in between, both corporate and private, on two wheels or four.
Although HART is supported by Honda, courses are open to all makes and models of vehicle. HART's mission is to contribute positively to road safety by equipping all those who pass through the facility with 'street smart' techniques that will help them contribute to improved road safety within our society.
Facilities
HART occupies a dedicated driver and rider training facility located at St Ives in New South Wales, just 30 minutes drive from Sydney's central business district.
Redeveloped at a cost of $1.4 million, the HART Centre is a world-class training and administration centre located on 40 acres of natural bushland. Extensively redeveloped, the facility occupies the site of the former NSW Police Service’s driver training complex.
The facility comprises a two-kilometre, dual-lane, closed road circuit with dedicated low speed training areas. A series of graded off-road training tracks are incorporated into adjacent onsite bushland. There are also nine on-site air conditioned classrooms and a range of support infrastructure.
